Job summary

RS Group is seeking a skilled Data & Technology professional to join the Customer Data Master (CDM) initiative. You will help deliver a robust CDM on Informatica Customer 360, ensuring accurate, governed customer data across markets and channels.

You will collaborate with Customer Experience, IT, and business teams to design data models, build integrations, and enhance data quality and GDPR compliance. This role offers a remote-friendly, hybrid work option within Poland.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Informatica CDM and Customer 360 suites.
• Strong SQL skills for data modelling and integration.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise the CDM platform within Informatica Customer 360.
• Design and support data models, mappings, and data structures.
• Integrate CDM with SAP, Snowflake, Salesforce, MuleSoft and Treasure Data.
• Drive data quality, enrichment, matching, and survivorship.
