Job summary

Eaton is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage indirect manufacturing categories across Mobility EMEA plants. You will lead sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and contract deployment for MRO, Facilities, Packaging, CAPEX, and Chemicals, driving cost savings and supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, purchasing, or supply chain, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting multi-site and cross-country procurement activities across a regional scope.
• Professional procurement certification (CIPS or equivalent) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect manufacturing categories across Mobility EMEA plants.
• Lead sourcing projects, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
• Drive cost savings, productivity improvements, inflation mitigation, and payment term optimization.
• Manage supplier performance, relationships, risk, and supply continuity.
• Deploy regional and global supplier agreements while ensuring compliance and stakeholder adoption.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams.
• Analyze market trends and implement sourcing solutions that optimize total cost of ownership.
• Track procurement performance, savings, and project results through reporting tools.
• Support manufacturing operations through risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide procurement support and guidance across Mobility EMEA sites.
