Merck Group is seeking a Senior Expert Technical Accounting Solutions & Compliance (TASC) to join our Global Enterprise Solutions team. You will ensure the integrity and compliance of financial reporting, advising on IFRS standards while understanding practical reporting processes.

You will lead audit coordination, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives worldwide. You bring 8+ years in accounting and strong technical accounting knowledge, with certifications and a proactive

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, compliance, or audit.
• Deep expertise in IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Hands-on experience in operational financial reporting within a global environment.
• Proven track record in audit coordination and managing corrective actions.
• Experience in process improvement, automation, or IFRS implementation projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
