Job summary

Euroclear is seeking an experienced Microsoft authentication engineer to join a multinational team spanning Brussels, Paris and Krakow. You will help manage Active Directory authentication, ADFS for SSO, MFA with Windows Hello and RSA SecurID, and Azure EntraID configurations across global tenants.

The role emphasizes designing secure authentication architectures, maintaining documentation, and participating in audits. Hybrid working model and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in designing, managing and maintaining critical authentication infrastructures in a large and complex enterprise environment.
• Deep Active Directory expertise and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, OAuth, and certificates-based authentication.
• Experience with Azure EntraID configuration and management.
• Experience in creating and reviewing technical designs.
• Strong PowerShell scripting knowledge and automation skills.
• Knowledge of Windows servers, virtualization, networking and storage.
• Experience with federation services (ADFS), claims and metadata.
• RSA Authentication Manager experience is a plus.
• ItIL knowledge including incident/change/problem management and CMDB.

Responsibilities

• Manage Active Directory authentication across multiple forests and domains.
• Administer ADFS for SSO and federation across services.
• Maintain Windows Hello and RSA SecurID MFA configurations.
• Configure Microsoft Azure EntraID and global tenant settings.
• Develop architecture designs and security baselines for authentication infra.
• Document infrastructure and participate in audits and security assessments.
