Your Role and Responsibilities
As Saviynt developer being part of our IAM engineering team you will:
- Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions, including identity provisioning, access governance, and authentication services, using the Saviynt platform.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of IAM policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date, comprehensive, and effectively communicated.
- Oversee security controls, conduct security assessments, and drive security awareness within the organization to ensure the protection of IAM systems and data against potential threats.
- Review and develop the Saviynt application design in-line with Application Target access model.
- Develop solutions to address repetitive issues through Problem Management, ensuring long-term resolution and preventative measures are in place.
- Continuously improve the stability of the Saviynt Identity and Access Governance (SIGA) environment, implementing best practices and optimization strategies.
- Apply analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues within the SIGA environment, identifying root causes and recommending effective solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to the team, sharing knowledge, best practices, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on operations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Working knowledge of Polish business culture along with ability to communicate in Polish language both verbally and in writing.
- Strong Hand‑on implementation experience on Saviynt (3 years min.).
- Experienced in designing, deploying, configuring, and implementing Saviynt IGA processes based on customer requirements (3 years min.).
- Experience with Saviynt application onboarding and related configuration like Security system, Endpoints, ARS, SoD modules, custom connectors etc.
- Strong Knowledge of IAM concepts like JML, RBAC, Provisioning, etc.
- In-depth understanding of Saviynt product functionality, including provisioning, Rules based access provisioning, access certification, SOD, analytics, RBAC, workflow, email notifications etc.
