Job summary

Cronos Europa is looking for an Identity Fabric Principal to enhance their IAM Services team in Warsaw, Poland. Qualifications

• Fluency in English (minimum level B2).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional IT experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of token/session lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain authentication standards for applications and APIs.
• Support project teams in implementing and troubleshooting auth flows.
• Design and guide external identity onboarding patterns.
• Implement and operate governance capabilities.
