Job summary

Cronos Europa is looking for an IAM Engineer to join their team in Poland. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the Microsoft Identity Manager, providing support to IAM services, and ensuring compliance with change management processes. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, fluent English, and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including knowledge of identity management and security protocols. Familiarity with PowerShell automation and ServiceNow is advantageous as well.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English (minimum level B2).
• Proactive attitude and strong user orientation.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor IAM System - Microsoft Identity Manager.
• Provide 2nd line support to IAM and Identity Systems.
• Update technical documentation and procedures.
• Troubleshoot IAM and its components.
• Implement changes according to ICT change management procedures.
