Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT professional experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar IAM role.
• Proven hands-on ability to configure and operate Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Administration and monitoring of Identity and Access Management (IAM) System.
• Providing 2nd line support to IAM.
• Implementing changes according to ICT change management procedures.

Skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager

Fluent in English (minimum level B2)

Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory

Identity management processes

Experience in ticketing systems
