Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to support hybrid cloud transformations. The role requires hands-on management of on-premises and cloud environments, with strong focus on Microsoft Azure.

You will design, implement and troubleshoot infrastructure solutions, participate in migrations, and collaborate with project teams to ensure reliable IT operations. The ideal candidate has at least five years in enterprise IT, deep VMware experience, solid Windows and Linux

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure experience in enterprise environments.
• Expert VMware experience with design, implementation and maintenance of complex on-prem environments.
• Strong Windows Server and Linux administration skills.
• Hands-on Azure and AWS experience, with hybrid environments.
• Experience in planning migrations from on-prem to cloud, especially Azure.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, IAM, DNS, DHCP in corporate settings.
• Storage administration and automation using PowerShell.
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage IT infrastructure in on-prem and cloud environments.
• Manage Windows and Linux servers and perform administration tasks.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex on-premises environments.
• Manage network infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
• Plan and execute migrations from on-prem to Microsoft Azure.
• Oversee virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Automate processes using PowerShell and scripting.
• Support project delivery and daily IT operations.
