Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to join our team and drive the cloud transformation. The role covers on-premises and cloud environments with emphasis on Microsoft Azure, hybrid setups, and migration projects.

You will design, implement, and support infrastructure solutions while collaborating with project teams to deliver reliable IT services. You should have strong VMware, Windows Server, Linux, and scripting skills (PowerShell), plus experience with AWS and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure experience in enterprise environments.
• Expert VMware virtualization knowledge; design, implement, maintain on-prem environments.
• Strong Windows Server and Linux administration skills.
• Hands-on Azure and AWS experience in hybrid cloud setups.
• Experience planning migrations from on-prem to Azure cloud.
• Networking skills: DNS, DHCP, IAM; storage (SAN/NAS/backup).
• English proficiency at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage IT infrastructure in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Manage Windows and Linux servers and administration.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex on-premises environments.
• Manage network infrastructure: routing, switching, DNS, DHCP.
• Plan and execute migrations from on-prem to Microsoft Azure.
• Work with VMware/Hyper-V virtualization; automate using PowerShell.
• Support project delivery and daily IT operations.
