Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to join our cloud transformation project. The role blends on‑premises and cloud work, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure and VMware, hybrid environments, and designing resilient infrastructure solutions.

You will manage Windows and Linux servers, network services, and migrations from on‑prem to the cloud, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of IT infrastructure experience in enterprise environments.
• Expert knowledge of VMware virtualization; design and maintain complex on-premises environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux system administration.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS, and building hybrid environments.
• Experience planning and executing migrations from on‑premises to the cloud, especially Azure.
• Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IAM in corporate environments.
• Storage administration (SAN/NAS, backup & recovery) and PowerShell automation.
• English proficiency at least B2.

• Supporting and managing IT infrastructure in on-premises and cloud environments
• Managing Windows and Linux operating systems and server administration
• Designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex on‑premises environments
• Managing network infrastructure, including routing, switching, DNS, and DHCP
• Planning and executing migrations from on‑premises to Microsoft Azure
• Managing virtualization systems such as VMware and Hyper‑V
• Automating processes using PowerShell and scripting
• Supporting project delivery and daily IT operations
