Qualifications

• Strong GD&T and tolerance stack-up knowledge.
• 5+ years in manufacturing tech (sheet metal, plastics, die casting).
• EMC/ESD prevention understanding.
• Thermal management and cooling in head units.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements using Polarion and DOORS.
• Lead the mechanical design of automotive compute units/ECUs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy for assembly and function.
• Perform tolerance stack-up analyses and define tolerances.
• Support EMC, ESD, and thermal management decisions.
• Contribute to BOM development.
• Participate in design reviews throughout product lifecycle.
• Support project from A-sample to production.
