Job summary

Mirantis in Poznań is seeking a Senior HPC Networking Engineer to design, deploy, and troubleshoot high-performance networking environments. You will specialize in InfiniBand fabrics, optimize cluster interconnects, and ensure scalable, secure AI infrastructure.

You will work with Fortinet solutions and collaborate with compute and platform teams to deliver reliable HPC services across on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering for HPC or data center environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with InfiniBand and Mellanox/NVIDIA cards.
• Experience deploying Fortinet products (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer) and VPNs.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-performance HPC network infrastructures with InfiniBand.
• Troubleshoot InfiniBand and Ethernet issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage switches, HCAs, subnet managers, and fabric configurations.
• Perform performance tuning and capacity planning for HPC networks.
• Collaborate with compute, storage, and platform teams for workloads.
• Develop and maintain network architecture documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident escalation.
• Lead network upgrades and new deployments.
