Jacobs is seeking an experienced Senior Highway Design Engineer to lead multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects from concept through construction. You will coordinate across engineering teams, provide technical leadership, and ensure design deliverables meet client requirements and schedules.

This role involves international project collaboration, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to BIM-enabled delivery.

Qualifications

• University degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on road/highway design.

Responsabilités

• Lead highway design elements from concept to construction and operation.
• Coordinate across engineering disciplines and staff.
• Provide leadership and technical support to the team.
• Prepare and review design deliverables, reports, drawings, and specs.
• Contribute to project scope, resources, schedules and fees.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders in Poland and internationally.
• Support digital delivery processes and BIM-compliant delivery environments.
