HelloFresh in Warsaw, within HelloTech, seeks a Senior Data Scientist to design and ship statistical and ML models that shape marketing spend, conversions, and personalized customer touchpoints. You will work across alliance teams on measurement, attribution, funnel optimization, and messaging decisions with production-ready solutions.

You are a curious, pragmatic problem solver, comfortable with uncertainty, and able to translate business questions into testable models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years in a senior data scientist or related role in high-traffic environments.
• Strong marketing/growth knowledge with statistical models.
• Fluent Python and SQL; Databricks/Spark a plus.
• Collaborative team player with international experience.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and productionize statistical and ML models with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams.
• Design experiments, define metrics, guardrails, and interpret results.
• Monitor model performance and data quality in production.
• Build data pipelines and manage large datasets.
• Proactively improve data products for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists as a senior team member.
