Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group in Poznań, Poland seeks a Group Senior Product & Process Quality Specialist to strengthen product and process quality across ROCKWOOL's global manufacturing network. The role emphasizes technical credibility, data-driven insights, and influencing cross-functional teams without people management responsibilities.

Travel of roughly 40 days per year is expected as part of maintaining global quality standards and collaborating with sites, factories, and R&D functions.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in quality across manufacturing
• Experience with FMEA and risk-based quality methods
• Strong statistical understanding applied to production data

Responsibilities

• Support and challenge manufacturing sites on product and process quality
• Analyze how materials and process variation affect product properties
• Identify critical failure modes and strengthen controls to prevent issues
• Lead investigations of non-conformities and develop corrective actions
• Support quality audits and maturity assessments
• Share knowledge to raise Group Quality standards across the organization
