Job summary

RONAL GROUP is seeking a Senior Group Procurement Manager ESG & Paints/Chemicals to lead strategic procurement across global ESG initiatives. The role includes risk management, supplier audits and KPI development within the Paints & Chemicals category.

The candidate will drive supplier strategies, perform market analyses, and support the Head of Supply Chain on strategic projects, with international travel expected (30–40%).

As part of a succession plan, we are looking for a motivated and qualified professional to join our global Supply Chain team at our Jelcz-Laskowice or Wałbrzych location as:

Senior Group Procurement Manager ESG & Paints/Chemicals
(m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Supply Chain Risks

• Manage supply chain risks, including monitoring critical raw materials, supplier capacities, transportation routes and market trends
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with relevant ESG standards, audit requirements and EU regulations within Procurement
• Review sustainability documentation, certifications and audit results
• Develop and continuously improve ESG KPIs, reporting structures, processes and systems

Strategic Responsibility for the Paints & Chemicals Category

• Develop and implement category and supplier strategies
• Conduct market, cost, price and competitive analyses as well as risk management
• Manage suppliers, including evaluation, auditing and ensuring proper contractual agreements

Support the Head of Supply Chain

• Support strategic procurement projects and prepare decision-making documents for management

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Solid experience in operational and strategic procurement, ideally with exposure to regulatory topics
• Proficient in using digital tools and modern AI applications to support the efficient analysis, structuring and continuous improvement of processes
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills, combined with a confident and professional appearance, even in challenging situations
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills, accountability and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 30–40%)
