Arup is seeking to strengthen its Cyber GRC capabilities within Digital Technology. The role focuses on governance, risk and compliance to align cybersecurity with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
You will develop IT Disaster Recovery plans, perform risk assessments, and lead security awareness initiatives across a global organisation in the pursuit of robust BCM practices.

Digital Technology's Cyber GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) team is responsible for ensuring that Arup's cybersecurity practices align with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The team manages cyber risks by developing governance frameworks, assessing threats, implementing controls, monitoring compliance, and supporting audits. Our goal is to reduce security risks while enabling business objectives in a secure and compliant manner
