Job summary

Shuru Technologies Private Limited is seeking a SeniorGolang Engineer to build scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable services and contribute to the overall technical architecture.

The role requires hands-on Golang expertise, experience with microservices, containers, and cloud platforms, plus a passion for clean code, testing, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with Golang.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, goroutines, channels, and Go best practices.
• Experience building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, caching, and message queues.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiar with CI/CD, monitoring, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang.
• Build scalable REST or gRPC APIs and microservices.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Develop event-driven systems using messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and security.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and production troubleshooting.
