Job summary
Eviden, an Atos Group company, is seeking an experienced backend developer to join a software engineering team building hybrid cloud platform services for a telecommunications customer. You will design scalable, secure RESTful services in distributed environments, emphasizing performance and robust documentation.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software development (Go preferred), strong Kubernetes experience, and expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containers, and cloud-native tooling.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience, preferably in Go
- Strong system programming and performance optimization
- Kubernetes containerization and deployment customization
- Experience with Kubernetes operators (kubebuilder) and CRD/CR management
- Asynchronous programming experience
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Kafka, Neo4j)
- Experience with major cloud providers (GCP, others)
- CI/CD pipelines with GitLab/Jenkins/Tekton/Argo
- Unit/integration testing in automated frameworks
- Networking concepts, load balancing and security
Responsibilities
- Develop hybrid cloud platform services for a telecommunications customer
- Design for scalability, performance, and efficient resource use
- Create well-tested, documented functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/DevOps environments
- Provide proactive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
