Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience (backend) with Go
• Strong knowledge of RESTful services in distributed environments
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and container technologies
• Experience with Kubernetes native operators (kubebuilder)
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and performance optimization
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, Kafka, Neo4J)
• CI/CD pipelines and gitOps/IaC tooling
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Networking concepts, load balancing and security

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services for hybrid cloud platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/DevOps environments
• Optimize performance and resource usage in distributed systems
• Write unit and integration tests and maintain documentation
