Zusammenfassung

Roche is seeking a senior Global Technology Vendor Management Expert – Software & Cloud. You will maximize value from strategic vendors, acting as trusted advisor across Technology, Procurement, Legal, Finance, SAM, Security and Architecture.

You will shape governance, challenge assumptions and drive measurable business outcomes while mentoring others in vendor management best practices.

Qualifikationen

Significant experience managing complex, strategic global Technology/IT vendors.
Advanced-to-Expert contract management and negotiation capability.
Strong understanding of technology contracts and commercial models.
Financial and commercial acumen including business cases and TCO.
Applied Software, SaaS and Cloud expertise to challenge vendor proposals.

Aufgaben

Lead strategic vendor and contract governance for complex global Software, SaaS and Cloud relationships.
Provide expertVendor Management input across the contract lifecycle, including major agreements and renewals.
Review pricing, scope, deliverables, SLAs/KPIs, liability/remedies, change control and exit.
Lead negotiations, escalations and remediation with fact-based positions and BATNA.
Identify cost exposure, optimization opportunities and vendor lock-in risks.
Build business cases and TCO to monitor spend vs outcomes.
Translate vendor matters into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers.
Mentor Vendor Managers to accelerate team capability development.
