Roche in Madrid is seeking a Global Technology Vendor Management Expert - Software & Cloud to maximize value from strategic technology vendors while protecting Roche from commercial and compliance risk. You will act as a trusted advisor for complex Software, SaaS and Cloud relationships across Technology, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Security.

You will lead governance, steer negotiations, challenge contracts and translate vendor matters into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers,

Competenze

Significant experience managing complex, strategic global Technology/IT vendors.
Advanced-to-Expert contract management and negotiation capability.
Strong understanding of technology contracts and commercial models.
Strong financial and commercial acumen.
Applied Software, SaaS and Cloud expertise.
Demonstrated ability to lead strategic vendor governance.
Strong strategic thinking and senior stakeholder influence.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills, including English legal and business language.
Polish and/or Spanish are an advantage.

Mansioni

Lead strategic vendor and contract governance for complex global Software, SaaS and Cloud relationships.
Provide expert Vendor Management input across the contract lifecycle.
Review pricing, scope, deliverables, SLAs/KPIs, liability, change control and exit.
Lead complex negotiations, escalations and remediation.
Identify cost exposure and optimization opportunities.
Build business cases and TCO analyses.
Identify and manage risks across commercial, contractual, operational, financial and compliance domains.
Translate vendor matters into clear recommendations for senior decision-makers and influence stakeholders.
Mentor Vendor Managers to accelerate team capability development.
