Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex global Technology/IT vendors in Software, SaaS and Cloud.
• Advanced-to-expert contract management and negotiation capability.
• Strong understanding of technology contracts, pricing/licensing and SLAs/KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance for Software, SaaS and Cloud vendor relationships globally.
• Provide vendor management input across contract lifecycles, including renewals and changes.
• Review pricing, scope, deliverables, SLAs and liability/remedies; manage escalations and BATNA.
