Qualifications

• 10+ years of procurement experience in purchasing, category management, and contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute country/MSC procurement plans and category strategies.
• Ensure governance, compliance, contracting, and policy adherence.
• Act as Procurement Business Partner for country/MSC leadership.
• Align procurement with business priorities and financial planning.
• Monitor end-to-end procurement processes and address gaps.
• Identify spend optimization opportunities and supplier risks.
• Lead projects, coordinate escalations and resolution across teams.
• Deploy global/regional contracts and procurement tools.
• Monitor KPIs and share lessons learned.
