Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end supplier lifecycle, onboarding, contracting, and compliance from a remote Poland base. You will collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure contractual and audit requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligible preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience managing supplier onboarding, contracting, and relationships.
• Strong contract negotiation and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier onboarding processes with documentation, compliance, and approvals.
• Coordinate contracting activities: creation, review, execution, renewals, extensions, terminations.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and related documents.
• Support supplier performance management and audits with governance reviews.
