Job summary
Worldline is seeking a Senior Genesys Cloud Engineer to design, implement, and maintain complex contact center solutions. You will configure advanced call flows, IVR, and integrations within Genesys Cloud, coordinate testing and production deliveries, and support a wide range of stakeholders across internal teams and suppliers.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud solutions
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to develop subject matter expertise across supported systems and processes
- Experience in a IT/support environment and handling incidents
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex Genesys Cloud contact center solutions
- Configure and maintain advanced call flows, routing strategies, IVRs and integrations
- Provide 2nd level support and incident handling for CTI solutions
- Coordinate testing and releases across internal teams and suppliers
- Collaborate with customers and partners to ensure smooth operations
