Job summary

Ciklum in Poland is seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer to join a cross-functional team, building enterprise GenAI capabilities and reusable platform services. This hands-on role focuses on developing scalable AI/ML lifecycles, APIs, and automation within modern cloud-native environments.

You will collaborate with senior engineers, data scientists, and product owners to deliver secure, observable, and production-ready AI solutions across Banking and Consumer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python expertise.
• Experience in enterprise AI/ML, data science, or analytics applications.
• Knowledge of GenAI platform architectures and cloud-native development.
• Proven experience building REST APIs and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance enterprise Generative AI platform capabilities and self-service tools.
• Design AI-powered applications, agentic workflows, RAG solutions, and MCP services.
• Build scalable APIs, microservices, and platform components for AI/ML lifecycles.
• Create frameworks for model development, deployment, inference, monitoring, and observability.
• Implement event-driven and streaming solutions using Kafka and distributed platforms.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, testing strategies, and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver new capabilities.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, sprints, and estimation activities.
