Job summary

Ciklum is seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer to join our Poland team for a full-time role. You will lead end-to-end engagement on a running GenAI project for a global FMCG/consumer health client, owning client relationships and the solution direction with senior engineers and client stakeholders.

The role requires deep expertise in LLM architectures, multi-agent systems, RAG, and evaluation frameworks, with strong English communication and the ability to bridge

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/data consulting or applied AI delivery with client-facing lead experience.
• Hands-on understanding of LLM application architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, vector stores.
• Bridge business and engineering with retrieval setup and success criteria.
• Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus.
• Background in R&D, innovation management, or consumer goods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship: run alignment workshops, steer expectations, and translate stakeholder feedback into scoped backlog items.
• Drive the solution architecture of the 4-agent system (Discovery, Ideation, Validation, Orchestration & Synthesis) with agent design and retrieval strategy.
• Lead the evaluation program: golden-question benchmark runs and SME calibration.
• Manage delivery against the PoC plan and pilot milestones; present architecture overviews and roadmaps to executives.
• Identify and shape follow-on opportunities (Phase 2: conversational layer, scaled evaluation, additional data sources).
