Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform, including compute, storage, networking, and security services.
• Proven experience designing and implementing cloud infrastructure using GCP, Terraform, and GKE.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools, including GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and Shell scripting.
• Knowledge of Anthos Service Mesh / Istio, networking and firewall rules, and Helm charts.
• Familiarity with GCP Monitoring and Logging.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a timely manner.
• English level B2+ to effectively communicate and collaborate with global teams.

This capability standardizes and simplifies the consumption of GCP native services such as GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Functions, while developing reusable Terraform modules and consistent patterns for internal engineering teams. The role centers on implementing and managing cloud infrastructure for a data mesh architecture project with a focus on the AI stack in GCP, collaborating closely with data engineers and architects to optimize the GCP platform.
