Goldman Recruitment - Executive Search / Search & Selection is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant in Warsaw. You will prepare NAV calculations, review fund documents, value portfolios, and produce management and client reports. You will liaise with managers, auditors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and accurate data.

The role involves coordinating fund audits, supporting tax reporting, onboarding new clients, and handling ad hoc requests in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in fund accounting or fund administration.
• Knowledge of fund structures and complex financial instruments.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Prepare NAV calculations daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Review fund documents and reconcile bank/broker statements.
• Value investment portfolios and compute fund fees and expenses.

For our Client, a company providing financial services, we are looking for an experienced Senior Fund Accountant.

Responsibilities:

• preparing daily, weekly, and monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations for funds,
• reviewing fund documentation and reconciling bank and broker statements,
• valuing investment portfolios and calculating fund fees and expenses,
• preparing financial, management, and client reports,
• liaising with fund managers, auditors, and other stakeholders,
• coordinating fund audits and supporting the preparation of annual financial statements,
• ensuring compliance with fund documentation, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements,
• supporting fund tax reporting and regulatory filing obligations,
• assisting with new client onboarding and fund transfers from other administrators,
• reviewing NAV reports, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy,
• overseeing selected operational processes and handling ad hoc requests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field,
• 3-5 years of experience in fund accounting or fund administration, including preparation of hedge fund financial statements,
• knowledge of fund structures, complex financial instruments, and investor processes,
• excellent command of english,
• strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail,
• ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure,
• proactive, responsible, and service-oriented attitude,
• teamwork skills and experience in coaching junior staff,
• proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
