Job summary

Siemens Energy in Poland is building a new Function Controlling team within Transformation of Industry. You will become a key Finance Business Partner for central functions, helping lead budgeting, forecasting and performance discussions in a fast-growing environment.

You will collaborate with IT, HR, Communications and Legal teams, coordinate monthly closings, and develop standard reporting, ensuring data quality and actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience in controlling, FP&A, cost controlling, function controlling or finance business partnering.
• Analytical and structured approach with attention to detail.
• Proactive hands-on attitude in a changing organization with high workload.
• Strong communication and Excel/PowerPoint skills; SAP/Power BI/SAC knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Finance business partner for corporate functions such as IT, HR, Communications, Legal & Compliance, Procurement or Finance.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing and mid-term planning for assigned functions.
• Analyze cost, headcount, project and resource developments, explain deviations, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure consistent planning, reporting and data quality.
• Prepare management reports, performance reviews and decision-support materials, and support business cases, investment assessments and ad-hoc analyses for functional initiatives.
• Challenge spending plans and identify, quantify and track efficiency measures, supporting sound financial decisions and effective resource allocation.
• Develop allocation, charging and governance concepts, and improve controlling processes through standardization, automation and digital reporting.
