Job summary

Team Up Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our international team and help build large-scale systems for global logistics. You will work on backend services in Java and frontend in React, and contribute across the full engineering lifecycle from design to deployment.

The role centers on microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, TDD/BDD, and modern CI/CD with Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong fullstack experience across both backend and frontend development.
• At least 4 years of frontend development experience, primarily with React.
• Strong Java skills and hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resilience and performance.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing and TDD/BDD.
• Experience with CI/CD and containerized environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Technical or Computer Science education.
• Good command of English.
• Willingness to work closely with other engineers, including extensive pair programming.

Responsibilities

• Developing backend services in Java and frontend applications in React.
• Designing and building microservice-based solutions and APIs.
• Contributing to architectural decisions and evaluating technical trade-offs.
• Working with distributed systems with a focus on scalability, resilience and performance.
• Writing automated tests and applying TDD/BDD practices.
• Contributing to CI/CD processes and production readiness.
• Working extensively in a pair programming model.
• Using AI-assisted development tools to support coding, testing, refactoring and code review.
• Collaborating closely with other engineers, managers and business stakeholders.
