Job summary

The Codest is a global tech software company with Polish tech hubs, delivering top IT solutions. We seek a senior developer to build and evolve a secure, multi-tenant SaaS platform for HR and identity data, spanning backend and frontend with focus on access control, auditability, and data governance.

You will design RESTful APIs, implement business logic, work with relational databases, and contribute to testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production web applications in modern languages (PHP/TypeScript/Python).
• Solid REST API design: resources, idempotency, versioning, error contracts.
• Relational databases: schema design, queries, migrations.
• Disciplined testing: unit and integration tests; know what to mock.
• Git workflows: branching, PRs, rebases, conflict resolution.
• Experience with AI coding assistants and agent-based workflows in real engineering work.
• Strong communicative English for meetings, comments, and PRs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance a secure, multi-tenant SaaS platform for HR and identity data.
• Deliver end-to-end features across backend and web applications (REST API, business logic, frontend, testing, docs).
