What you'll do

• Drive the development of our solution set by delivering high‑quality, production‑ready Java code
• Contribute to the full lifecycle of application and business logic development, from concept to deployment
• Engage actively in Scrum ceremonies, demo sessions, and internal Idea Talks to support cross‑functional collaboration
• Perform thorough code reviews and write tests to maintain code quality and system reliability
• Support project estimation, planning, and pre‑sales activities with your technical expertise
• (Optional) Contribute to the team and community through mentoring, technical interviews, or knowledge sharing at internal and external dev2dev and meetup events

What you bring

• 4+ years of practical experience in Java development
• In‑depth knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, object‑oriented programming, and design patterns
• Hands‑on experience with React.js
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with English‑speaking clients
