Job summary

Inetum Polska is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join a team building a large-scale digital commerce platform based on microservices and micro-frontends. You will work end-to-end with Java 25, Spring Boot 4, Spring WebFlux, React, TypeScript and Kubernetes, driving feature delivery and platform modernization.

The role emphasizes AI-driven development with coding agents and GitHub Copilot, collaborating across backend and frontend, and adopting modern API standards.

Qualifications

• Strong backend development experience with Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Reactive programming experience, Spring WebFlux or similar stack.
• Experience designing REST APIs with JSON.
• Hands-on with microservices-based distributed systems.
• Familiarity with AI-driven development tools (GitHub Copilot, coding agents).
• Good command of English and Polish (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve a distributed online platform based on microservices and micro-frontends.
• Take end-to-end ownership of features across backend and frontend within a single service.
• Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot and Spring WebFlux; create REST APIs and integrations.
• Work with content delivered through a CMS and related services.
• Support migration of legacy applications to a modern architecture and reduce technical debt.
• Improve codebase through refactoring and adherence to new API standards; adopt TM Forum Open APIs.
• Operate containerized apps using Kubernetes & Docker; monitor and troubleshoot in cloud-native environments.
• Use AI coding agents in daily development and advocate for their effective use in the team.
• Participate in knowledge transfer and keep technical documentation up to date.
