Job summary

Inetum Polska is seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer to join an agile team responsible for developing and enhancing a business-critical CRM application. You will work with a team of 7 developers and 1 Test Manager to build new features and improve CRM capabilities.

Key focus includes implementing AI-driven functionalities to guide users through business workflows, using React and TypeScript on the frontend and Java 21+ with Spring Boot on the backend.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Java 21+ and Spring Boot.
• Proficient in React and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Experience designing REST APIs and working with Kubernetes environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance features within the CRM application.
• Build AI-supported functionalities guiding users through business processes.
• Develop frontend using React and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain backend services with Java 21+ and Spring Boot.
• Design and integrate REST APIs.
• Work with Kubernetes environments and Helm.
• Create and maintain unit and integration tests (JUnit 5, Mockito, Testcontainers).
• Contribute to multiple Java-based frontend and backend components within the CRM ecosystem.
• Collaborate in an Agile team with developers, testers, and other members.
• Participate in ongoing development, maintenance and improvement of the CRM solution.
