Job summary

Inetum Polska is seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer (Java, React, TypeScript) to join an agile team responsible for a business-critical CRM application. You will work across frontend and backend components, including AI-driven features, in a Kubernetes environment using Helm.

The role emphasizes collaboration within a 7+ member team, development of REST APIs, and robust testing with JUnit 5, Mockito and Testcontainers, in a hybrid work setup in Poland.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Java 21+.
• Experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot.
• Proficient in React and TypeScript.
• Experience building REST APIs and Kubernetes-based deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance features within the CRM application.
• Build AI-supported functionalities guiding users through business workflows.
• Develop frontend solutions using React and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain backend services using Java 21+ and Spring Boot.
• Design and integrate REST APIs.
• Work with applications running in Kubernetes environments and Helm.
• Create and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit 5, Mockito and Testcontainers.
• Contribute to different Java-based frontend and backend components within the CRM ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with developers, testers and team members in an Agile environment.
• Participate in ongoing development, maintenance and improvement of the CRM solution.
