Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior fullstack experience with React and Python.
• Strong product mindset focused on user outcomes.
• Ability to own features end-to-end from discovery to production.
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure in GCP and/or Azure.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain fullstack features across AI-powered tax preparation, planning and review products.
• Design and implement React interfaces, TypeScript APIs and Python backend services.
• Take ownership of features from the initial problem through release and iteration.
• Work with real usage data and customer feedback to identify improvements.
• Make product and technical decisions without waiting for every detail.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, product and domain experts.
• Engage with customer-facing teams to shape solutions based on user feedback.
• Keep the codebase clean, typed and performant while moving quickly.
• Balance polishing details with shipping and learning from results.
