Optiveum invites an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer (Java + Angular) to join a stable insurance-sector client. You will work in a Scrum team, building and modernizing claims systems across microservices and monoliths. Hybrid model: 75% remote, at least one day weekly in Warsaw office.

You will design architectures, ensure code quality with test automation, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment using Kotlin/Java, Spring, Kafka, and Angular.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of commercial programming in Java.
• Deep expertise in Spring ecosystem (Boot/Framework) and Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases.
• Solid experience with Apache Kafka.
• Familiarity with Angular.
• Proven experience designing and developing microservices and REST APIs.
• Practical knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Ability to leverage AI tools to speed up development.
• Fluent Polish for team communication.

Senior Fullstack Developer (Java + Angular)

Rate: 130 PLN / hour (B2B)

Work Model: Hybrid (75% remote / min. 1 day a week in the Warsaw office)

About the Project & Client:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our client, a well-established and stable company in the insurance sector. You will become part of an agile Scrum team that highly values knowledge sharing, modern architecture, and delivering top-quality code for large-scale, high-volume systems.

Please note: Optiveum acts as the recruitment and contracting partner for this role. The chosen candidate will sign the B2B cooperation agreement directly with us.

Your Responsibilities:

• Building and expanding systems for claims reporting and management across both distributed microservices and monolithic architectures.

• Taking an active role in designing system architecture using modern technology solutions.

• Improving and optimizing selected business processes.

• Ensuring the highest quality of delivered software by developing an automated testing pyramid.

• Conducting and receiving constructive code reviews.

• Actively participating in Scrum ceremonies and collaborating daily with a tight-knit team.

Requirements (Must-haves):

• Minimum 7 years of commercial programming experience in Java.

• Deep expertise in the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Framework) and Hibernate/JPA.

• Strong knowledge of SQL databases.

• Solid practical experience with Apache Kafka.

• Familiarity with Angular.

• Proven experience in designing and developing microservices and REST APIs.

• Practical knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

• Ability to leverage AI tools to support and speed up the software development process.

• Fluent/Native Polish (essential for team communication).

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with Playwright.

• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, and ElasticSearch.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Understanding of IT Security concepts and CI/CD pipelines.

• Previous experience mentoring other developers or taking on Technical Lead responsibilities.
