Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional full-stack software development experience with React and .NET C#.
• Strong expertise in React and C#/.NET Core for high-volume, low-latency apps.
• Knowledge of microservices, micro frontends, APIs, and event-driven design.
• Relational databases and SQL understanding.
• Security, scalability, performance, reliability considerations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Collaborates with product/business teams to gather requirements and designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect microservices-based applications and modern React front-end solutions.
• Work closely with product management and business stakeholders to understand user needs and rapidly deliver enhancements and new capabilities.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and approaches that improve software products, including cloud-native architectures, containerization, and modern React and .NET technologies.
• Promote excellence through best practices, continuous improvement, code quality, innovation, and user experience enhancements.
• Collaborate with product teams to contribute to solution design, estimates, feature roadmaps, and strategic technology initiatives.
• Recommend and implement modern technology solutions to address business requirements and challenges.
• Perform code reviews and enforce development standards through peer reviews, automated testing, and quality assurance practices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in application design, coding, testing, configuration, deployment, and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of professional full-stack software development experience using React and .NET C#.
• Strong expertise in React and C#/.NET Core development for high-volume, low-latency applications and services.
• Expert knowledge of microservices, micro frontends, Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns, APIs, and event-driven architecture design and implementation.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.
• Strong understanding of software design principles related to security, scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments using Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with product management, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather requirements and communicate technical designs and solutions.
• Experience building cloud-based solutions, preferably within Microsoft Azure environments.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, tools, and emerging industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing enterprise-scale platforms, business applications, or data-driven solutions.
• Experience working with highly regulated industries or environments where data quality, security, and compliance are important considerations.
