Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Lead Full Stack Java AWS TypeScript Developer for a high-profile Front-office Portfolio Management System project with a world-leading asset manager.

You will develop core functionality using Java and TypeScript, design scalable AWS-based solutions, and collaborate in an Agile environment while delivering high-quality software and meticulous attention to detail. Office presence is required at least 3 days per week; remote work via VDI is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Java and JavaScript front-end frameworks (Vue.js or React).
• 3+ years with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• 3+ years in Agile environments.
• Strong detail-oriented mindset and autonomy in fast-paced settings.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-office Portfolio Management System functionality using Java and JavaScript front-end frameworks.
• Design and implement scalable solutions leveraging AWS.
• Collaborate within an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
• Work autonomously with a detail-oriented approach focused on accuracy.
• Maintain office presence at least 3 days a week.
• Operate within a Remote Desktop (VDI) environment.
• Undergo a thorough background check, including criminal, work, educational, and residency verification.
• Comply with trading restrictions and reporting obligations.
