Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with Java and Angular to design, develop, and maintain digital platforms used globally by employees, clients, and drivers. You will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with stakeholders across locations to deliver scalable, secure software.

The role involves building backend and frontend components, implementing testing strategies, and maintaining docs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer with Angular.
• Strong Java and Spring Framework backend experience.
• Solid Angular experience (latest versions preferred).
• Solid knowledge of software design principles and secure coding.
• Experience with API development and testing frameworks.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Proficient in creating technical designs and conducting code reviews.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English and Polish; willing to commute to Warsaw 2 days a week.
• Residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Developing backend and frontend components of the application.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, secure, and scalable software solutions.
• Analysing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Optimizing and refactoring existing codebases to improve stability, efficiency, and readability.
• Supporting software integration and configuration activities.
• Defining and executing testing strategies to ensure software reliability and quality before release.
• Maintaining and updating technical documentation to reflect system changes and improvements.
• Engaging in technical discussions and contributing to solution design.
• Collaborating effectively with colleagues across different teams and locations.
