Alarm.com Kraków office is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Full-stack Web) to build and deliver scalable, customer-facing features across frontend and backend services. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex requirements into reliable, high-performance code.

We value 5+ years of experience, a BS in CS, strong English, and proven expertise in C#, Web APIs, React/Ember, and relational databases.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and Deliver: Design, implement, and maintain high-quality full-stack features (frontend and backend).
• Collaborate: Work with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver customer-facing features at scale.
• Problem Solve: Translate complex requirements into efficient, maintainable, and secure code.
• Contribute Across Layers: Develop features in frontend (React, Ember) and backend (C#, Web APIs, microservices).
• Ensure Quality: Write unit and integration tests, work with QA, monitor production performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with best practices and emerging technologies.
• Support & Knowledge Sharing: Participate in code reviews and document knowledge.
