Job summary

Esurance is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer in Poland to build scalable, cloud-native apps using JavaScript/TypeScript. You will design microservices and micro frontend architectures, with a 50/50 frontend/backend split, in a fast-paced product-driven environment.

You’ll work with React, TypeScript, and Node.js to create impactful solutions, mentor teammates, and contribute to knowledge sharing. The role offers remote flexibility with in-person Poland meetings quarterly and a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• MSc Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise in React + modern SSR frameworks (e.g., Remix/Next.js) and Node.js.
• Strong testing skills and cross-functional collaboration ability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and tech teams to clarify features.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable web APIs using Node.js and microservices.
• Develop responsive, high-quality UIs with React and TypeScript.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge on best practices.
