Job summary

SoftServe is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and ship features for dedicated product teams, blending Python on AWS with React on the frontend.

You will join one of six parallel projects, collaborating with data scientists and engineers to deliver scalable solutions that meet real business needs while adhering to best practices in testing, CI/CD, and documentation. This role offers a hybrid/remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building full-stack apps with Python and React.
• Proven design of scalable RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Advanced knowledge of AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway).
• Experience with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Mentoring engineers and leading technical discussions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver full-stack solutions using Python on AWS and React.
• Own system design decisions, cloud infra, and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with data scientists to align solutions with business goals.
• Mentor mid-level engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Design and optimize APIs, data flows, and AWS infra for performance and cost.
• Resolve complex issues across frontend, backend, and infra.
• Drive testing, CI/CD, and documentation standards.
