Job summary

Sennheiser is seeking a Senior Software Engineer Fullstack in Poland (Poznan). You will drive frontend architecture using React/Angular/Vue and build cloud-native backend services on Azure, including REST/GraphQL endpoints.

You’ll mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the technical direction across the stack. The role emphasizes real-time audio data handling, performance, and security, with a strong focus on scalable cloud solutions and end-to-end development

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in fullstack development with cloud-native apps.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
• Strong Flutter/Dart knowledge for cross-platform mobile development.
• Proficiency in backend languages such as C#, Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services (Functions, App Services, Cosmos DB, AKS).
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL and Azure SQL/Cosmos DB.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps principles.
• Experience with cloud security (Azure AD, OAuth2, JWT, Key Vault).
• Ability to analyze complex problems and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Frontend Development & Architecture — leads development of responsive interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue, and integrates into the stack.
• Backend & Cloud Development — builds cloud-native services on Azure and develops APIs and WebSocket services.
• Data & Performance — optimizes large-scale audio data storage and ensures performance and security.
• Leadership & Collaboration — mentors developers and coordinates with product/design/engineering/audio teams.
• Engineering Practices — maintains CI/CD pipelines and enforces testing and security standards.
