Job summary

Google is seeking talented software engineers in Warsaw to advance AI and Cloud platforms. You will help build tools for Google Cloud and AI workloads, shape the team roadmap, and collaborate with customers to enhance user experiences across distributed systems and security-focused projects.

Open to candidates with a strong background in cloud technologies, distributed computing, and Generative AI, with equity and bonus targets outlined in the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
• Experience developing and working with Cloud technologies.
• Experience with Distributed Computing and Distributed Systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the best developer tools and platform for customers of Agent Platform and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Develop the technical goal and roadmap for the broader team.
• Work closely with our customers to constantly improve user experience.
• Communicate effectively across teams, drive alignment with product teams and client teams.
• Maintain a strong bias for action, balancing product thinking, development, and continuous delivery.
