Job summary

Autodesk Krakow is hiring a Senior Full Stack Software Development Engineer to drive cloud applications and web services. You will work across design, development, testing, and deployment, delivering scalable features for Autodesk Tandem.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of industry experience, strong Go/C++/JavaScript skills, and a solid background in full-stack, event-driven design and AWS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as a minimum in CS or related field.
• 6+ years building robust, commercial applications.
• Experience applying design principles, patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Go, C++, or JavaScript with full-stack exposure.
• Experience with event-driven architecture.
• Git and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools.
• Agile methodologies and Scrum experience.
• Strong problem-solving and English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of features.
• Write clean, secure, well-documented code per team standards.
• Contribute to technical design discussions and evaluate options.
• Apply software design principles, including event-driven patterns.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and cross-functional partners.
• Participate in code reviews to improve quality and practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments.
• Leverage AWS to build scalable, reliable solutions.
• Mentor and support less experienced engineers.
