Job summary

Autodesk Kraków is expanding its Operations Solutions team, seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build a cloud-first platform. You will contribute across the stack, from design through deployment, delivering scalable workflows and digital twin-based services.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong fundamentals in software design, and proficiency in C++, Go, or JavaScript. A collaborative, English-speaking environment with Agile practices awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant industry experience building robust applications.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Structured approach to software complexity.
• Experience with C++, Go, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Experience with AI-assisted software development tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum.
• Excellent problem-solving and quick learning ability.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the application.
• Write clean, secure, readable, and well-documented code per team standards.
• Apply software design principles and patterns and consider cross-service interactions.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and cross-functional partners.
• Participate in code reviews and improve code quality.
• Troubleshoot issues using debugging tools and identify root causes.
• Leverage AWS to build scalable, reliable cloud solutions.
